Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior HSW Compliance leader to oversee global health, safety and wellbeing governance, audits, risk, and data reporting. You will drive policy development, ensure regulatory adherence, and coordinate cross-region risk mitigation across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.

You will guide enterprise risk management, incident investigations, and technology-enabled HSW improvements, including Cority and related analytics, to support decision-making and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years experience in similar roles.
• Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in HSW compliance, risk management, and policy development within a global organization.
• Strong background in conducting HSW audits and managing incidents.
• Experience with HSW management of supply chain partners
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, data analytics platforms, and automation technologies (e.g., Cority, Sphera).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global HSW policies and procedures reflecting changes in law and industry best practices.
• Lead global HSW audits and manage incident investigations and reporting.
• Manage enterprise risk registers and mitigation strategies across regions.
• Oversee HSW data strategy, governance, and centralized reporting across the organization.
• Collaborate with Procurement to embed HSW standards in the value chain.
• Integrate HSW into major project delivery and Arcadis Way.
