Job summary

Kumar Organic Products is seeking a seasoned Business Manager – Asia Pacific to lead the Singapore entity’s operations and drive growth across APAC. You will own end-to-end responsibilities including sales, logistics, formulation, and R&D, working closely with the Director and teams to deliver commercial success.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, optimize processes, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and develop strategies to expand presence in key APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10–20 years of APAC experience.
• Experience leading sales, technical services, formulation/R&D, supply chain, and operations.
• Prior experience managing a business unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end APAC sales and BD for Singapore and the region.
• Oversee Singapore logistics, supply chain, and operations.
• Coordinate formulation/R&D and lab activities with customers and internal teams.
• Drive annual operating plan (AOP), budgets, and performance reporting.
• Foster partnerships with distributors, customers, and partners across APAC.
