Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a Science-based discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with Oncology-Haematology and Immunology experience.
Strong brand planning and strategic planning capabilities; translate strategy into measurable execution at scale.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement across senior management in multicultural, multi-market environments.
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization and deliver results with autonomy.

Responsibilities

Own regional client relationships across DKSH country teams and partners, ensuring governance and mutual accountability.
Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for Oncology-Haematology and Immunology portfolios across markets.
Drive Launch Excellence by embedding launch readiness standards and best practices.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
Prepare and present concise monthly/quarterly reviews to leadership, guiding decisions with objective assessments.
