The role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia and will collaborate with technical and marketing leaders in Singapore, along with plant managers in the U.S., Europe, China

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, General Business, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance APAC sales and sales-operations team to achieve YoY growth.
• Collaborate with US and EMEA to optimize global growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies for new territories and manage sales forecasts.
• Coach team on negotiating win-win agreements and price strategies.
• Foster training in selling skills, product knowledge, and financial literacy.
