Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking an entry-level Digital Product Analyst in the Philippines to join a collaborative cross-functional team. You will help research customer needs, analyze opportunities, document requirements, and support delivery of digital solutions across product, engineering, design, and business units.

The role emphasizes learning the software development lifecycle, SDLC awareness, and agile practices, with a focus on ecommerce and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a product, technology, business, or operations-related role.
• Backgrounds in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, QA, UX/UI, eCommerce, or Retail Operations encouraged.
• Strong interest in software products, digital platforms, and technology.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support product teams in evaluating customer needs, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze information from stakeholders, customer feedback, market research, and available data.
• Help identify product opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in preparing business cases, product proposals, and supporting analysis for new initiatives.
• Monitor relevant market and competitor developments, particularly within eCommerce and digital products.
• Assist throughout different stages of the product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and post-launch improvement.
• Participate in workshops and discovery sessions with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Help document product requirements, user needs, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog preparation and prioritization by providing relevant analysis and stakeholder input.
• Track product initiatives and help ensure requirements remain aligned throughout development.
• Work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
• Help facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support product launches by coordinating information, documentation, and stakeholder requirements.
• Assist with activities related to product adoption, user feedback, and post-launch evaluation.
• Raise questions, risks, and potential gaps to the appropriate stakeholders.
