Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Delivery Director to elevate APAC delivery capabilities from Manila. You will translate client strategy into scalable operating models, drive account transformation, and embed GenAI-enabled delivery across channels and time zones.

You will lead a shared services hub, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure governance, standardisation, and efficient capability deployment to deliver at speed and scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
• 10+ years in agency environments.
• Experience leading multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models.
• Proven track record operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems.
• Strong client leadership and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into delivery plans, rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead account transformation: ways of working, governance, and talent models.
• Embed GenAI-enabled delivery with governance.
• Lead a shared services hub for scalability and standardisation.
• Design compelling solutions for pitches, renewals, and RFP responses.
• Ensure delivery on brief, on time, and with quality, across regions.
