OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Senior Account Director to lead Gen AI content projects from brief to delivery. The role focuses on healthcare communications, coordinating medical writers and creative teams across multiple programs from Manila, Philippines.

You will drive regulatory compliance, set clear deliverables, and maintain schedules in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while exploring AI-enabled efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management in healthcare communication (agency side preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in a healthcare environment.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Gen AI tools and digital content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing to delivery within sprint formats.
• Translate business objectives into detailed scopes with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate medical writers, designers and delivery teams across multiple projects.
• Build scalable trackers, timelines and capacity plans to support multiple projects.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and proactively solve bottlenecks.
• Manage regulatory and clinical review processes to meet compliance and timelines.
