Genpact Philippines is seeking a Service Delivery Leader, Operations to drive execution across delivery centers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business targets. You will lead Hi-Tech client teams, mentor staff, and shape performance through quality and workplace planning.

You will collaborate with senior management on growth strategy, introduce breakthrough technology like RPA, and oversee global operations to meet P&L goals while fostering diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Graduate from reputed University.
Prior experience in banking domain / industry.
Engage senior client management on offerings and issues; lead scope discussions.
Experience with Digital and Analytics to drive the service line.
Experience leading a span of 500+ staff.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and operational planning.
Lead with digital teams to introduce breakthrough technology (e.g., RPA).
Lead global operations to meet P&L expectations.
Manage large teams across multiple locations and foster cultural diversity.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Lead knowledge design, implementation, and support for complex domains.
Collaborate on new deals including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transitions.
Implement new technologies in operations with executive presence.
Serve as senior partner for resolving customer and internal issues.
Maintain and grow excellent customer relations and NPS.
