Job summary

Workstream, located in the Philippines, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support U.S.-based clients after implementation. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact, assisting with benefits setup and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience in HRIS and strong communication skills. You will help clients navigate benefits systems and enrollments, contributing to their smooth transition and user satisfaction. Enjoy a supportive remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a benefits, payroll, or HRIS platform environment, or with a broker.
• Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all clients post-implementation.
• Support the successful adoption of Workstream Benefits and ACA Systems.
• Assist with and lead the annual Open Enrollment process.
• Ensure companies stay ACA compliant once systems go live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits, ACA, and deductions.
