Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Finance professional to manage AR and financial reporting for APAC entities, ensuring regulatory and internal requirements are met and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholder queries.

This role supports month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and cash management, collaborating with FP&A, Brands, and regional offices to provide accurate, timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Three-year accounting experience in an Accounting Department.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle, JD Edwards, and Tungsten.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable management and aging analysis.
• Prepare month-end financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for AR-related queries.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash remittance processes.
• Support FP&A and provide required reports for month-end closing.
