You will collaborate with auditors for annual audits, ensure filings with PEZA, BIR, DOLE, and support inventories while upholding integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly financial closure tasks are on track and liaise with Buffalo counterparts when help is needed.
• Review monthly expenses to identify and prevent profit leakage.
• Review all work orders for consistency with standards and flag those not for review by leadership.
• Interface with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure timely filings with PEZA, BIR, and DOLE.
• Support physical inventories.
• Lead the accounting portion of Philippines ERP platform.
• Serve as a key resource during accelerated growth and document using the company wiki.
