Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
- CPA license is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in business finance and accounting.
- Experience in financial modeling and strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports for projects, including cash flow and P&L statements.
- Evaluate project life and ensure desired profit is achieved.
- Determine pricing to maximize profit.
- Review Landowner's Report and seek approval.
- Maintain data on net present value for each project.
