Job Description:
Here’s the difference you’ll make As an Accounts Payable Associate , you will be responsible for the timely and accurate payment of invoices to ensure the enterprise commits in its contractual obligations to the supplier . The process handles the invoice payment for the whole of enterprise. You will ensure integrity of Inorganic (IO) Manpower records from sourcing to offboarding are adhered to . Your role ensures data are correct and up to date based from agreed parameter/criteria for seamless manpower vendor invoicing to payment release.
What you’ll do (your mission)
- Collaborates with the IO Manpower Providers, Operations, and Procurement in the accurate and compliant set up and amend of manpower requirements.
- Maintains accurate and timely updates of rate cards in the manpower system
- Ensures timely compliance and accuracy in updating timekeeping records until validation and approval of manpower billing summary.
- Keeps abreast with employment regulations and best practices.
- Conducts audit/ investigation within area of scope
- Ensures compliance to Data Privacy Laws and internal policies to mitigate process risks within area of operations.
- Partners with Continuous Improvement Team to identify and lead CI initiatives within area of scope
- Leads in the reporting requirements and insights in the areas of operations.
- Provides support during audit engagement within the area of scope, including securing documentation requirements
- Supports in ensuring evergreen process documentation within area of scope
- Supports in ad hoc projects/ activities as needed.

Educational Background
- - University degree holder in Accounting or Human Resources
Professional Experience
- Hands on experience in Manpower or Payroll - related systems .
- 3 - 5 years relevant professional experience, preferably in Manpower Data Management and Finance
