Job summary

You will handle 3-way matching, complex invoices, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Prior SSC/BPO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related Finance field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Good communication, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable end-to-end including 3-way matching and data accuracy.
• Resolve complex invoices and exceptions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support month-end closing tasks.
• Adhere to internal controls and regional accounting standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements and automation.
