Capgemini Philippines seeks a Problem Resolution Process Expert in the BSv organisation to drive high quality, cost-effective service by resolving accounts payable invoices and delivering on service levels. You will leverage deep domain knowledge to identify problems and implement improvements.

The role may back up or lead as Team Lead, acting as the SME for junior team members and championing process optimization and adoption of standard finance practices across the team.

They ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. May temporarily back up or be the Team Lead and is the key Subject Matter Expert in the team to resolve operational issues that would be raised by more junior team members. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices
