Capgemini Philippines is seeking a Problem Resolution Process Expert to strengthen accounts payable support within our BSv organisation. You will apply your deep knowledge of problem resolution to meet service levels and deliver quality, cost-effective outcomes.

In this role you may support or lead the team, identify and resolve issues, and drive process improvements across finance practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, customer-focused service delivery.
