Job summary

Talkpush seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AP processes while serving as a subject matter expert for stakeholders. You will direct day-to-night operations, manage staff performance, and ensure SLA compliance across AP functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree, 8–10 years in AP, and at least 5 years in leadership. Night/shifts and on-site at BGC, Taguig are expected with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP, Oracle and JDE accounting software.
• 8–10 years’ experience in accounts payable end-to-end processes.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading a team.

Job description

The Manager of Accounts Payable oversees the market performance and SLAs covered by the AP spans being led while also serving as a subject matter expert and resource to employees and stakeholders.

He / She is responsible for directing the day-to-night operations of the work stream’s production performance standards, reviewing and revising initiatives and managing staff processes consistent with existing financial regulations and laws complied to by the GBC.

This position is responsible for managing the accounts payable processes, productivity and quality metrics, as well as hiring, training, managing, and evaluating team members.

The Accounts Payable Manager directs operational performance and SLA compliance across AP functions while serving as the primary subject matter expert for stakeholders.

Requirements:
