Job summary

Talkpush seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AP processes while serving as a subject matter expert for stakeholders. You will direct day-to-night operations, manage staff performance, and ensure SLA compliance across AP functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree, 8–10 years in AP, and at least 5 years in leadership. Night/shifts and on-site at BGC, Taguig are expected with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP, Oracle and JDE accounting software.
• 8–10 years’ experience in accounts payable end-to-end processes.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Directs accounts payable processes, productivity and quality metrics.
• Oversees day-to-night operations and SLAs for AP spans.
• Hires, trains, manages and evaluates AP staff members.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Promotes a positive team environment and aligns service delivery with stakeholders.
