Qualifications

• Lead AP and GL teams, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare AP/GL reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Ensure internal controls and timely month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AP sub-ledger and reconcile with GL.
• Review invoice coding and three-way matching; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly analyses.
• Support audits and provide ad hoc financial reports.
