Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a hybrid setup and night shift. You will lead AP/GL activities, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the month-end close while coaching the AP/GL team.

The role emphasizes compliance, process improvements, timely supplier payments, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile AP sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
• Review invoice coding and three-way matching with POs and receipts.
• Handle vendor and employee inquiries with timely service.
• Prepare AP reports: aging, cash outflows, payment schedules, KPIs.
• Ensure timely supplier payments per policies.
• Maintain AP documentation and retention standards.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for GL accounts.
• Monitor GL activities for policy compliance.
• Perform monthly expense variance analyses.
• Prepare audit schedules and support audits.
• Generate financial/management reports and ad hoc analyses.
