Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a General Ledger professional in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid night-shift role. The position oversees AP and GL processes, conducts reconciliations, and supports month-end close with leadership to the AP/GL team.

You will drive accurate financial reporting, ensure internal controls, and participate in audits, with opportunity for career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Experience in accounts payable operations and vendor management.
• Ability to prepare journal entries and reconciliations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP and GL activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review invoice coding, three-way matching, and payment processing.
• Prepare AP reports, aging, cash forecasts, and KPIs.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and audit readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP/GL team.
