Qualifications

• Experience as Accounting Clerk or Assistant with focus on AP/AR and billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and accounting software.
• High accuracy in data entry and keen eye for discrepancies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with vendors and clients.
• Availability to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• AP & AR Management: Process invoices, reconcile, manage payments.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Data Entry & Reconciliation: Enter transactions and perform bank/ledger reconciliations.
• Documentation: Organize financial files for audits.
• Administrative Support: Assist Finance with month-end closing and ad-hoc reports.
