Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks with emphasis on AR, including monitoring customer payments, confirming receipt of payments, aging reports, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Assist in AP processing and General Ledger maintenance
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, official receipts, and expense reports
• Coordinate with banks regarding account-related concerns, transactions, and verification of payments
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
