The candidate should have at least 2 years in accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. On-site work with potential hybrid after performance is established.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience with AP/AR focus.
• Strong QuickBooks knowledge and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team and ensure accurate reporting.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting transactions . The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and capable of handling AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
