Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support invoicing, AP/AR processes, and financial records within a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role involves reviewing invoices, managing reconciliations and collections, providing updates on exchange rates, and generating accurate reports to ensure timely payments. Onsite work is required at Ortigas, Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting, Financial Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of AP/AR processes.
• Experience with EDI System, SAP and/or QuickBooks preferred.
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook in Windows.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, able to work under dynamic situations.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Come up and maintain reports regularly.
• Resolve occurring issues before invoice due date.
• Prepare both accounts payable/accounts receivable transactions.
• Review past due accounts and contact customers for collection.
• Build and strengthen the working relationship with key client contacts.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements
