Job summary

AECOM is seeking a payroll professional to support the ANZ region from the Philippines in a hybrid setup. You will process payroll, manage salary disbursements, and ensure regulatory alignment while handling HR system activities.

This role requires experience with high-volume payroll, strong English communication, and familiarity with major payroll systems to maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Experience processing ANZ region payroll preferred.
• Experience with high-volume payroll environments and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform payroll processing activities for the ANZ region.
• Ensure salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting accuracy.
• Support regulation alignment for payroll compliance (taxation and laws).
• Maintain payroll files, liaise with staff and HR for appointments and terminations.
