Job summary

Manulife Insurance Malaysia is seeking a Policy Admin Specialist to provide administrative support to policyholders, partners and distributors, handling after-sales transactions and inquiries. The role requires following SOPs, collaborating with other units, and delivering timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in life insurance and relevant qualifications; training and support across policy owner services will be part of responsibilities. The position is hybrid in arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Life Insurance industry.
• Certificate in Life Insurance or Diploma in Life Insurance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy changes and related transactions following SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal units to ensure accurate policy information within turnaround time.
• Provide training to Policy Admin and other units on process transactions.
• Assist with policyholder and agent inquiries via email and other channels.
• Support after-sales transactions and resolve discrepancies in policy data.
