Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare and validate reports and insights.
• Experience with billing data and reconciliation is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data visualization familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering operational, commercial, billing, and SLA performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Support billing for 1SS brands across Zalora, incl. validating billing data and reconciling records.
• Assist with BR materials, including performance summaries, insights, issues, and action trackers.
• Monitor SLAs with brands, track performance, and flag breaches or risks.
• Coordinate with brand partners and internal teams to validate data and follow up on actions.
• Maintain records of reports, billing support, SLA performance, and BR actions.
• Create and maintain product information in relevant systems; create POs based on approved requirements.
