Job summary

BillEase in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Data Reporting Associate. You will resolve operational bottlenecks, monitor attendance against SOPs, and escalate critical issues to the Head of Sales Network.

You will encode and maintain sales reports, build dashboards, and provide cross-functional support to regional managers and merchants. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, plus Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides for presentations, is required.

Qualifications

• experience building dashboards and analytics in Excel/Google Sheets.
• ability to create pivot tables and use advanced formulas for reporting.
• ability to turn data into actionable insights for sales ops and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer and operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to Head of Sales Network.
• Encode and maintain sales reports, logs, and trackers with accuracy.
• Build and present dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets; use pivot tables and formulas.
• Support Head for Offline Merchant and Regional Managers with admin tasks; onboarding for new merchants; assist with onboarding logistics.
• Design impactful presentations using Canva, MS PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Work in a hybrid Makati office, reporting on-site 3x weekly; occasional fieldwork as needed.
