Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Business Insights Officer to turn data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

As a strategic partner to Branch Banking Sector business units, you will use data visualization, exploratory analysis, and storytelling to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies derived from customer behavior patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Statistics or related field.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Data analysis and data insights experience in a bank.
• Strong ability to drive data, make data-driven decisions, problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with various technical team.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders of varying seniority levels is an advantage.
• Experience in the banking industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Expand knowledge in identification of customer needs and business opportunities.
• Develop collaboration skills through coordination with various department and units.
• Develop analytical skills – providing insights and recommending business solutions.
• Opportunity to work and collaborate across all business units of the Bank, including Branches.
