Job summary

NielsenIQ Customer Success in the Philippines seeks an Executive, Analytics & Insights to delight clients across Asia by delivering retail measurement insights and actionable analytics. You will harmonize ways of working, support high-quality service, and help clients maximize the value of NielsenIQ Essentials.

In this role within the Analytics & Insights team, you will provide performance and business issue analyses for CPG clients, propose data-driven recommendations, and develop analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business-related field.
• Knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide performance overview analysis and business issue analysis for Consumer-Packaged Goods clients around Asia.
• Deliver in-depth insights and analytics as well as thought leadership.
• Develop deep knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and Panel solutions and deliver value for clients.
• Collaborate with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience.
• Consult clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials.
• Develop and deliver analytics-driven business solutions to track client performance.
• Build partnerships with colleagues and FMCG clients to understand needs and requirements and craft in-depth analytics and compelling insight stories.
