Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Data Project Manager to coordinate data-intensive client and internal projects, spanning data architecture, migration, ETL/pipeline builds, and BI/dashboard delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, including data/BI/dashboarding engagements.
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Knowledge of data architecture, ETL/pipeline concepts, and data warehouse fundamentals to scope and de-risk technical workstreams.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases to understand data models.
• Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) from a delivery perspective.
• Experience with ClickUp and Harvest/Forecast for task and time-tracking.
• Experience in budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation.
• Strong business analysis, written and verbal communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and stakeholders and supervise a matrix team.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data projects, including data architecture, migration, ETL/pipeline workstreams, and BI engagements.
• Define and staff project teams; secure internal and external services as needed to meet objectives.
• Translate technical scope into clear project plans and timelines.
• Oversee delivery across engineering, design, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management, and data privacy/security requirements.
• Monitor data systems development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Communicate progress and issues to users, IT, and senior management.
• Define and document all project requirements, data quality, validation, and governance checkpoints.
• Update project plans with actuals/forecasts and manage risks.
• Serve as liaison between data/engineering and stakeholders.
• Maintain project tracking in ClickUp, Harvest/Forecast, etc.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
