Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Makati invites an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end data and analytics projects within the Enterprise Data Platform. You will ensure scope, schedule, and budget commitments are met, guided by SDLC processes and strong stakeholder engagement.

This role demands solid leadership, project management, and financial acumen, with 3–5 years in enterprise data delivery, familiarity with PMI/PRINCE2 or Agile, and a willingness to work in Makati.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT systems, configuration, deployment, and SDLC processes.
• Ability to apply Work Breakdown Structure, Risk, Issue and Dependency Management.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning for service delivery.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Adheres to SDLC processes across service definition, build, and management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules and budgets; report progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Lead project resources onboarding/offboarding and ensure utilization aligns with plans.
• Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders across related Data & Analytics projects.
• Provide testing status updates during SIT/UAT and track defects and resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
