Job summary

Deltek in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned BI Delivery Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Power BI projects, including dashboards, reports, and fixes. You will run agile ceremonies, manage backlog, gather requirements, and track risks while coordinating across GTM Ops, Data Eng, and business peers.

The role requires 3+ years in technical project management, strong communication across global teams, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau and data concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in technical/project management for software or analytics teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects on-time and on-scope.
• Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps/Smartsheet.
• BI/analytics platform familiarity with data concepts and reporting workflows.
• Strong org and communication skills; able to lead across time zones.
• PM certificates (PMP/CSM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for BI projects (dashboards, reports, fixes).
• Maintain and prioritize BI backlog with stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop project plans, sprint schedules, and status reporting.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate to actionable specs.
• Run stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; surface risks early.
• Escalate blockers and drive resolution to keep momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across GTM Ops, Data Eng, and business teams.
• Monitor delivery metrics and drive improvements in throughput.
• Document artifacts to support transparency and knowledge transfer.
• Promote consistent PM practices, templates, workflows, and tooling.
