Job Summary

We are seeking an Analytics Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions that transform raw data into meaningful business insights. This role supports data-driven decision-making by creating scalable data models, interactive visualizations, and high-quality analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models, views, and tables that support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Optimize database queries and data models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management, reporting, and analytics processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, including AWS Redshift and/or Google BigQuery.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced analytical techniques is an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other Science and Technology-related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data development.
