Acquire BPO is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to work across our global sales teams. You will handle day-to-day Salesforce ticketing, support quotes, and help with data integrity and system migrations for acquired companies.

Ideal candidates are independent, fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a matrix environment while collaborating with multiple departments.

A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will need to work independently, adapt quickly to changes, and communicate effectively. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Ticketing System: Day to day Salesforce and quote issue resolution and support for sales department employees
• Acquisition Integration: Assist M&A integration team with data and systems migrations for acquired organizations
• Data Integrity: Ensure and organize all accounts and opportunities are assigned to the correct salesperson
• Manage internal systems: Maintain and administer all internal systems within sales, including setting up and managing users
