Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking a motivated sales and customer service professional to engage with potential and existing customers across phone, email, and chat. You will communicate features, benefits, and value propositions while building rapport and closing opportunities.

You will document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with teammates, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. The role offers growth, supportive teams, and a culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a contact center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
