Job summary

Western Union is seeking an Associate, AML Compliance to join an advanced team dedicated to preventing money laundering, fraud, and other illegal financial transactions. You will analyze transactional histories, perform due diligence, and conduct AML interviews to identify suspicious activity while delivering excellent customer service.

You will continually learn to enhance AML product and process knowledge while adapting to changing shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English - outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, according to business needs.
• Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Work Shift

HYBRID - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days.
