Job summary

JLL in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented Lease Administration Abstraction specialist to deliver high‑quality lease data extraction and documentation. You will work with internal teams to pull key information from lease documents and ensure accurate entry into master trackers.

The role requires 1–3 years of lease abstraction experience, strong MS Excel and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• University degree plus 1–3 years of lease abstraction experience.
• Experience with real estate lease abstractions is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Abstracts lease documents and extracts key data into LA systems.
• Verify and review system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve document/abstraction queries.
• Document business processes and contribute to training as needed.

What this job involves:

High level of independence

Do you work independently without close supervision? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to enhance your skills and deliver consistent and qualitative Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL Clients. You will liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation, work closely with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner and escalating issues where required. This may include scope discussions; abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation; abstract information into various lease database systems.

Highest qualitative delivery

Abstracts client data from Lease documents to LA Systems; verify and review System Reports and System Data for Accuracy and Completeness; perform Lease Document Matching and Review for completeness to be able to Abstract; Accurately record Lease Documents information into Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers; Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve Document/Abstraction related queries; Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirement; prepare area, cost-schedule and events variance reports for validation projects; ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies.

Additional Responsibilities

Once you gain expertise in your role, an essential part of your role will involve documenting business processes, training and mentoring new team members, audit of work performed by new team members, work in a large team and consistently display team work and live up to JLL values.

We’re looking for University Graduates, having Lease Abstraction expertise with at 1 to 3 years of experience. It would be wonderful if you’ve worked on Real estate commercial lease abstractions, and having an experience in using a property management/lease administration system.
