Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Specialist, Business Analysis within the AML Compliance Operations team. You will work across APAC to understand requirements, assess impact of changes, support process improvements, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year in Business Analysis, AML/KYC, or Compliance Operations.
• Degree in engineering, business, finance or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Exposure to AML, KYC or financial crime processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for AML Compliance projects with stakeholders.
• Support agent onboarding by reviewing information for accuracy and gaps.
• Assess impact, effort, and feasibility of proposed changes.
• Log and track change requests and related initiatives.
