HireHawk Inc. is seeking a remote Amazon Channel Lead to drive end-to-end performance for a U.S./Canada-focused client. You will align advertising, operations, and reporting to grow profitability while auditing current performance and guiding a gradual handover to in-house operations.

You will stay hands-on during the transition, with potential team expansion later. Strong English, data-driven judgment, and TACoS/ACoS experience are essential.

Formación

• End-to-end ownership of an established Amazon channel generating $500K+ in monthly revenue.
• Experience with U.S.-based CPG/ DTC brands or similar consumer products.
• Advanced Amazon Seller Central and Ads expertise, including TACoS/ACoS and listing optimization.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; understanding impact of pricing, conversion, and inventory on profitability.
• Ability to independently develop channel strategy and execute improvements without immediate support.
• Proven leadership, prioritization, and ability to communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and spoken English and proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own Amazon channel performance and profitability with SKU-level action plans.
• Audit current performance and document processes for knowledge transfer during transition.
• Set PPC strategy and budgets, evaluate TACoS/ACoS, coordinate with agency during transition.
• Turn sales, margins, conversion, and advertising data into actionable recommendations.
• Protect account health and compliance in Seller Central and resolve escalations.
• Improve product listings, detail pages, and promotions to strengthen conversion.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations leads on inventory forecasting inputs.
• Provide leadership with actionable performance reports and identify trends.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding Amazon Operations Administrator and PPC Specialist as needed.
