Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Amazon Listings Specialist to own the creation, optimization, launch, and maintenance of all product listings on Seller Central. You will apply deep SEO knowledge, keyword research, and bulk-file upload techniques to improve rankings, traffic, and sales.

You will collaborate with design, product, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and imagery, while maintaining account health and compliance with Amazon policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing Amazon product listings and catalogs.
Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, A9 ranking factors, and keyword strategy.
Proficiency with flat-file uploads, bulk templates, and listing maintenance procedures.
Excellent written English to craft persuasive, SEO-driven copy.
Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Storefronts.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and SEO tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple launches under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize Amazon product listings for all ASINs.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform SEO.
Write SEO-rich copy aligned with brand voice.
Manage A+ Content and Storefront updates.
Upload new products via manual entry and bulk templates; maintain listings.
Monitor and fix listing errors; ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Track performance metrics and implement listing improvements based on data.

Maintain account health and respond to Amazon support tickets.
