Job summary

Cimpress Services in Manila, hybrid role, seeks a Senior Product Listing Specialist to manage Amazon and other marketplaces listings across EU and US markets, ensuring accuracy, discoverability and compliance.

You will develop listings via Seller Central, manage parent-child structures, monitor metrics, and collaborate with creative and operations teams, using AI tools to scale processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings in EU and US marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central tasks, flat file uploads, and parent–child variations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and localization.
• Ability to analyze listing performance metrics and collaborate with creative/ops teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Amazon listings via Seller Central UI and flat file uploads.
• Build and manage complex parent-child listing structures for better variation visibility.
• Track catalog condition, detect suppressed or stranded listings, and address issues.
• Conduct regular audits for attributes, categorization, and content optimization.
• Perform SEO research and localize listings for each marketplace (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+).
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure high-quality product details.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sales velocity) and maintain dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to scale listing creation, SEO, and catalog management.
