Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a results-driven Amazon Marketing Expert to own growth across our Amazon store. You will lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive revenue.

The role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset and collaboration with design and operations teams to maximize sales. You will plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns, manage listing strategy, perform keyword research, and align PPC with SEO to boost paid and organic visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm, organic ranking factors, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy.
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling.
• Lead end-to-end listing strategy (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, product positioning).
• Define product USPs and collaborate with design for high-converting visuals.
• Conduct keyword research to improve organic ranking.
• Align PPC and SEO strategies for paid and organic visibility.
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, revenue) for growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies for ranking/visibility.
• Provide weekly performance insights, reports, and growth plans.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory, pricing, promotions.
