Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an Amazon Marketing Expert to own growth across our Amazon store. You will lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive measurable revenue growth.

Work with design and operations teams to maximize sales in a high-ownership role. You will plan and optimize PPC campaigns, manage listing content, conduct keyword research, and align PPC with SEO to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable, results-driven outcomes
• Deep understanding of the Amazon algorithm, organic ranking factors, and conversion optimization
• Background in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or comparable Amazon research platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear action plans
• Ability to own a role fully and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Dependable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently across several priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and steadily optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Build and run campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, focused on improving ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS
• Drive end-to-end listing strategy covering titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and product positioning
• Shape product USPs and content direction, collaborating closely with designers to create high-converting visuals
• Carry out keyword research and expansion to uncover high-impact terms and lift organic ranking
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategies to maximize both paid and organic visibility
• Review performance metrics including CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue to spot growth opportunities and bottlenecks
• Build and roll out product launch strategies that support ranking and visibility for new products
• Deliver weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans
• Work with the operations team on inventory, pricing, and promotions so marketing and operations stay in sync
