VA Masters is seeking a results-driven Amazon Marketing Expert to own growth across our Amazon store. You will lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive revenue. The role requires independence and collaboration with design and operations to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm and ranking factors
• Experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into action plans
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling
• Lead end-to-end listing strategy (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content)
• Define product USPs and content direction with designers for high-converting visuals
• Conduct keyword research and expand to improve organic ranking
• Align PPC and SEO strategies for paid and organic visibility
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, revenue) for growth opportunities
• Develop and execute product launch strategies for ranking and visibility
• Provide weekly performance insights and growth plans
• Coordinate with operations on inventory, pricing, and promotions
