Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Amazon Listing & Account Health Specialist to keep the Amazon catalogue accurate, compliant, and selling while maintaining account health.

This role handles daily operations from listing creation and variation management to policy appeals and shipping performance. You will resolve buyer inquiries and support Seller Support cases to protect the integrity of the account.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Amazon Seller Central experience with catalogue and customer service operations.
• Experience with flat-file bulk listing, variation structures, and catalogue troubleshooting at scale.
• Experience preparing appeals, plans of action, and Seller Support cases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain catalogue accuracy and account health with daily monitoring of listings and errors.
• Resolve listing issues, policy violations, and ensure compliance before publishing.
• Manage order shipping performance, tracking, and escalation of at‑risk orders.
• Provide timely response to Buyer–Seller messages and A‑to‑Z claims within SLAs.
• Monitor and report on listing health, shipments, and performance metrics.
