Job summary

RemoteVA in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to manage and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate handles account health issues, opens and manages Seller Support cases, and responds to policy violations to safeguard performance.

You will monitor metrics like ODR, VTR, and LSR, prepare Plans of Action, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while keeping detailed case records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Account Health metrics.
• Experience opening, managing, and escalating Seller Support cases.
• Experience preparing Plans of Action (POAs) and account appeals.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of the Amazon Seller Central account.
• Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases until resolution.
• Respond to health notifications, policy violations, and performance warnings.
• Address negative customer feedback and product reviews when appropriate.
• Investigate and resolve listing, catalog, and account-related issues.
• Prepare and submit POAs for account or listing reinstatements.
• Monitor key health metrics: ODR, VTR, LSR, and customer service performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting performance.
• Maintain accurate records of cases, appeals, and resolutions, stay updated on policy changes.
