RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to manage and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account. The role focuses on handling health issues, opening and managing Seller Support cases, and ensuring policy compliance through timely action.

You will monitor metrics like ODR, VTR, LSR, and Customer Service Performance, respond to notifications, and prepare Plans of Action for reinstatements. Strong English writing and independence are essential.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9 AM - 5PMEST

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to manage and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling Amazon account health issues, opening and managing Seller Support cases, responding to policy violations, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure account compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the overall health of our Amazon Seller Central account.
• Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Support cases until resolution.
• Respond to account health notifications, policy violations, and performance warnings.
• Monitor and address negative customer feedback and product reviews when appropriate.
• Investigate and resolve listing, catalog, and account-related issues.
• Prepare and submit appeals and Plans of Action (POAs) for account or listing reinstatements.
• Monitor key account health metrics, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Customer Service Performance.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues affecting account performance.
• Maintain accurate records of cases, appeals, and resolutions.
• Stay current with Amazon policies and Seller Central updates.
