We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our aluminum and uPVC fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation activities. The role is responsible for production planning, team supervision, procurement, inventory management, quality control, safety compliance, and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. This position also involves resolving operational and site-related concerns, implementing process improvements, and providing management with accurate operational reports and performance analysis.
Oversee daily operations including fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation of aluminum and uPVC products
Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion
Supervise factory staff, installers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality workmanship
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, shop drawings, and quality standards
Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams for smooth workflow and execution
Manage procurement of materials such as aluminum profiles, uPVC frames, glass, and hardware
Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to reduce material wastage
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment
Handle client concerns, site issues, and project delays in a timely and effective manner
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related field
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or aluminum/uPVC industry is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and procurement processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City
